We are looking for an ION Trading Application Support for one of our clients, a corporate and investment bank based in New York.
About the Role:
Join a front-office support team on a project re-engineering the Infoblox strategy. You'll support the ION Trading platform used by the Rates, Credit and SSA desks, working hand in hand with traders to keep production systems running at the highest level of quality.
What You'll Do:- Troubleshoot issues in a complex electronic trading environment
- Support traders and the ION Trading system on Rates, Credit and SSA desks
- Build strong relationships with traders and stakeholders
- Establish a high level of quality for production systems
- Own issues through to resolution, even when the final fix sits outside the support team
- What You Bring
- Experience with the ION Trading system and its latest versions
- Exposure to dealing with traders and supporting their systems
- Experience with Rates, Credit & SSA desks using ION MarketView or in-house applications
- Strong troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of PXE, Refdata, D2D, D2C and Axes & Runz is a plus
