Licensed Practical Nurse – Skilled Nursing

As an LPN at our facility, you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients and their families. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within a skilled nursing setting. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient therapy and treatment. Implement patient care plans and assist in diagnostic testing. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support. Collaborate with registered nurses and medical practitioners to ensure quality patient care. Ensure compliance with all nursing care procedures and regulations.
