ServiceNow UX Lead & Design System Architect

Ecolab is seeking an experienced UX Lead to drive standards across the ServiceNow platform, own the design system, and lead a growing team of designers and developers. You will bridge product, engineering, and business to deliver consumer-grade experiences beyond the traditional ITSM mindset. You will own the UX advocacy, establish formal UX practices, and mentor the team while writing production-ready front-end code in React where needed.
