Nurse Practitioner (FNP / AGNP) - Functional Medicine

The Dalles, OregonWe are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, forward-thinking practice focused on whole-person, integrative care. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP interested in functional medicine-no prior experience required, training provided.
Compensation:
Guaranteed salary + earning potential of $300,000+Relocation Assistance Available

What You'll Do:- Provide in-person and telehealth care
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans (lifestyle, supplements, hormone therapy, medications)
- Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Document in NextGen EHRQualificationsActive Oregon NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified: FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Interest in functional, preventive, or lifestyle medicine
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
