Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join our apparel warehouse team. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for accurately picking clothing and apparel orders, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick apparel products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
Verify product styles, sizes, colors, and quantities for accuracy.
Pack clothing and apparel items according to company standards.
Hours 6am - 2:30pm Monday through FridayFold, label, bag, box, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
Apply shipping labels and packing slips accurately.
Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or incorrect items before shipment.
Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when needed.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, or apparel experience preferred.
Ability to accurately read and follow pick lists, packing slips, and order information.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic English communication skills.
