We take pride in our scratch-made recipes and consistent quality, and our kitchen team is the heartbeat of our restaurant. As a line cook, you’ll help bring our menu to life, working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where every plate matters.
What You’ll Do:- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
- Set up and stock your station with all necessary supplies before service
- Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining consistency and quality
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
- Assist with prep work for upcoming services when needed
- Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, servers, and managers to ensure timely service
What We’re Looking For:- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player who’s dependable and eager to learn
