We represent many of the nation's top insurance companies, including Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive, Auto-Owners, and others, allowing us to provide clients with the best coverage and value. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Service & Operations Representative .This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities. While there are opportunities to earn commissions through cross-selling and referrals, this is primarily aservice and operations rolefocused on supporting our clients and helping the agency run efficiently. Compensation and Benefits$22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience Bonus opportunities Commission opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with employer contribution Paid licensing and continuing education Professional development and advancement opportunities ResponsibilitiesProcess policy changes and service requests Assist clients with billing questions and policy inquiries Prepare insurance quotes and applications Follow up on underwriting requirements and outstanding documents Assist with policy renewals and remarketing opportunities Support cross-selling and client outreach initiatives Maintain accurate client records in HawkSoft agency management software Track agency workflows, follow-up tasks, and service requests Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service Assist with certificates of insurance and other policy documentation Help improve internal processes and support daily agency operations QualificationsHigh School Diploma required Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain (agency assistance provided) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Positive attitude with strong attention to detail Comfortable learning new software and technology Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team Why you should join The Dunton Insurance AgencyWe're a growing independent agency that values relationships, integrity, and continuous improvement.
