Job Description: Machine Operator
Pay: $16.25 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift12:00 AM–8:00 AMPosition Summary
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for Cell B in a manufacturing facility in Vandalia, Ohio. This position is responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of specialized production equipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Job Duties:- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Manufacture products according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and machine adjustments
- Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions
- Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Maintain required production records and documentation
- Follow established safety procedures
- Requirements1–2 years of Machine Operator or similar manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and operating manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency using hand tools and measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable with repetitive movements and exposure to manufacturing noise and vibration
- Safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots required
