Head of Accounting & Compliance Remote, Unlimited PTO

Salted is seeking a senior accounting and compliance leader to own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring accurate financial statements and timely reporting. You will partner with the team to run day-to-day accounting, while guiding payroll across multiple states and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will oversee HRIS data integrity, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and org structure changes across integrated systems, and drive scalable processes as the company grows.
