ABeam strives to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to leverage their recently completed academic coursework in a business and IT management consulting environment. Recent graduates will work on client engagements to gain exposure in various components of business and IT management consulting to set the foundation for a career in consulting. Recent graduate hires at ABeam will develop consulting skills, technical skills, analytical skills, and act as a key member to project success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in a specified consulting area (project dependent)
- Perform as a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work with customers to gather and analyze business requirements
- Deliver high-quality assignments in a timely fashion
- Remain open to a variety of diverse assignments/projects
Qualifications:
- New graduate or pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Information Systems (or related major)
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adapt and respond quickly to change
- Basic understanding of academic concepts related to coursework associated with major
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 (on 4.0 scale)
