Hospitalist-Medical Director Rome Health is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to lead our established Hospitalist Program. This position offers a balanced blend of clinical practice and administrative leadership within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights:- Monday–Friday schedule 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities
- Competitive compensation of $325,000–$350,000 Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

- Guide quality-improvement, patient-safety, and operational initiatives
