What You’ll Be Doing:- Receive and inspect incoming shipments and report any discrepancies
- Use pallet jacks or hand trucks to stage and move product (forklift certification a plus!)Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders—every order should feel like a gift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Help with seasonal inventory, restocks, and product transitions
- Process customer returns accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse tools and systems (we’ll train you!)Work collaboratively with your teammates to meet daily goals
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the broader Modern Prairie team
- Preferred Experience & Qualities
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail setting (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail—if you love doing things right, you’ll do great here
- Comfortable using inventory systems or open to learning
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the schedule agreed upon
- Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- A team player who believes in kindness, accountability, and being helpful
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to get certified)

- This job is in an indoor warehouse setting
- You'll use safety equipment like gloves and protective shoes
- Expect to move around frequently and work with a variety of materials
- The environment can include varying temps, noise, and dust depending on the season
