Sales and Service Representative

Location: Houston, TX

Job Description: Ace First Aid & Safety, a division of Ace Imagewear Uniform Service, is seeking a Sales and Service Representative to sell and service customers in a manner that exceeds their expectations. Key responsibilities include focusing on new business-to-business account development in our First Aid & Safety Division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota. In addition, we offer lots of qualified prospects! The Sales and Service Representatives will also develop and maintain relationships with customers on a route schedule; replace used and/or outdated products; service any safety equipment that requires periodic maintenance; and up-selling products that will benefit the customer and ensure OSHA compliance. We’re continuing to invest in technology and marketing support, with a recent website update, ongoing marketing, lead nurturing, and creating the collateral you need to connect with prospective businesses. You’ll work and report to our First Aid and Safety manager while working closely with our customer service, sales, and route service teams, who will ensure a smooth transition for your new customers.
