Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities across Medical, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, and other commercial industries Create and execute sales strategies designed to increase revenue and expand the customer base Prospect for new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, community involvement, and other business development activities Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers Product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value and solve business challenges Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and successful account implementation Represent the company professionally within the local business community

Qualifications: Proven success in outside sales or business-to-business sales preferred Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new business Experience selling within Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, or other B2B service industries is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an internal team Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required
