Portfolio Lead, Non-Operated Assets (Oil & Gas)

Permian Resources Corporation in Texas is seeking a high-impact leader to run our Non-Operated Assets across the Midland and Delaware Basins. This role will oversee the non-operated portfolio, evaluate partner activity and investment decisions, and provide visibility into capital and production plans. The ideal candidate has 5+ years upstream oil & gas experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid grasp of AFEs, JOAs, working interests, and non-operated assets.
