APPLY NOWTo support a growing home remodeling company, the full-time remote Confirmation Associate will confirm appointments, manage routing for the sales team, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a seamless scheduling process.
Key responsibilities:
Confirm appointments and manage geographical routing for set appointments
Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as text/email correspondence with clients and the sales team
Review sales results and assist in rescheduling or disputing appointments as necessaryRequired qualifications 3 years of customer service experience
Experience in logistics and dispatching is an advantage
Leadership experience or training skills are a plus
Strong analytical abilities and goal-oriented mindset
Team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
