Job Description:
At Nekter Juice Bar, we believe that healthy living should taste amazing! We serve fresh smoothies, juices, acai bowls, and other delicious, nutritious options in a fun and welcoming environment. We are looking for energetic, dependable, and motivated team members who take pride in their work, enjoy helping customers, and want to be part of a positive team.
What You'll Do:
Prepare fresh smoothies, juices, acai bowls, and other menu items according to Nekter recipes and standards.
Provide friendly, fast, and welcoming customer service.
Take customer orders, operate the POS system, and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
Restock ingredients, supplies, and other products as needed.
Work efficiently with your teammates during busy periods.
Help open and close the store, including completing assigned cleaning duties.
Follow company standards while helping create an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For:

Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Someone who takes initiative and stays productive without constant supervision.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean store.
Availability to work a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Previous restaurant, retail, cashier, or food service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
