Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager in Denver, CO. You will lead transportation engineering teams for freeway, interchanges, and urban highways, coordinating with discipline leads and driving designs and documents to meet client goals.
Required 10+ years in transportation design, 5+ years leading roadway projects, and 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience. PE license preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.
