We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Technicians to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!

Create excellence in customer service through ticket resolution. Execute duties in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Produce move-in ready apartments through renovations and repairs. General upkeep and cleanliness of the grounds. Assist in snow removal as necessary. Work on a rotating on call schedule. Perform other duties as required.
