The role:
You own a US desk end to end. You win the clients, run the searches and close the hires. You’ll be one of the most senior billers in North Carolina, and the consultants around you will measure themselves against you.
What you’ll do:
- Build and own a US market in a frontier tech niche, from first meeting to signed offer
- Win new accounts with founders, CTOs and engineering leaders at scaling hardware companies
- Deliver contingent, retained and contract searches for scarce engineering and leadership talent
- Use our proprietary AI tooling and market intelligence to move faster than competitors
- Coach consultants and help shape how we grow in North America
- What you bring$350k+ in annual billings in a 360 recruitment role
- Experience placing engineers or technical leaders in hardware, deep tech, defense or a related market
- A network you can activate, or the drive to build one fast
- Commercial judgment: you know which roles to take and which to walk away from
