APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Reviewing appraisals and valuations, the full-time State Certified Valuation Reviewer will ensure accuracy and compliance with USPAP while working remotely and managing a portfolio of commercial collateral across various U.S. markets.
Key responsibilities:
Review appraisals, evaluations, BPOs, and CMA's for accuracy, methodology, and compliance
Analyze income property data and recommend appropriate values based on loan stages
Write concise findings and present recommendations for investment and credit review committees
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in appraisal, appraisal review, or collateral valuation, primarily for commercial properties
Hands-on experience with commercial and income-property valuation or review
Strong knowledge of USPAP and valuation approaches
State Certified General or Certified Residential appraiser credential is preferred
