At Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, we believe communication is about so much more than speech. It's connection. It's confidence. It's belonging. We're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who believes exceptional communication begins with exceptional relationships—and who wants to help build a practice where children, families, and clinicians all thrive. Whether you're an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist or a Clinical Fellow beginning your career, you'll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, humility, kindness, and a genuine desire to help children participate more fully in life. What we're really looking for are people who lead with humility, curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to serve others. The clinicians who thrive here don't just provide excellent therapy. They become trusted teammates. They celebrate another therapist's success as enthusiastically as their own. They step in to help without being asked. They welcome feedback because they know growth never stops. They understand that serving children well begins with serving one another well. Who Thrives at Chatterbox The clinicians who feel most at home here naturally demonstrate the values that shape our culture. Appreciation You celebrate small victories, intentionally encourage children, families, and teammates, and recognize that every step forward deserves to be celebrated. Service You believe serving children and families is about more than providing therapy—it's about building trust, offering hope, and making a lasting difference. Professional Growth You're curious. You ask thoughtful questions. You seek feedback and enjoy learning because you know there's always another opportunity to become a better clinician. Integrity You communicate honestly, take ownership of your work, and do the right thing even when no one is watching. Responsibility You understand that being part of a team means supporting one another, communicating proactively, and contributing to something bigger than yourself. Empathy You see the whole child—and the whole family. You recognize that every family has a unique journey and approach each interaction with kindness, compassion, and respect.
