SR. DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND NUTRITION

What you'll do: Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team. Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments. Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget. Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance. Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen we're looking for: At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls. The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results. A bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience. Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred. ServSafe certification is a plus.
