Responsibilities:
- Turn the CEO's direction into clear, assigned tasks in Asana with deadlines
- Run regular check-ins to confirm real progress, not just status updates
- Follow up on stalled tasks and slow responses in Slack/Asana, and unblock them
- Own timelines for cross-functional projects (launches, campaigns, ops initiatives)
- Give the CEO clear, honest status updates on where things stand
- Coach team members on hitting deadlines and communicating proactively
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in project management, operations, or a similar accountability-driven role
- Hands-on experience with Asana (or Monday, ClickUp, Trello)
- Strong communicator, comfortable following up and holding people accountable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must work in person, full-time, from our Clearwater, FL office
Compensation: ~$75,000/year, commensurate with experience. Reports directly to the CEO.
