Requirements & Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in a high-standard, dinner-focused kitchen Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a full BOH team through service Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing food cost, inventory, and waste Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive during high-pressure service periods
