Job Description:
Cabinet MakerAre you detail-oriented, hands-on, and take pride in producing quality work? We welcome you to join our growing team as a Cabinet Maker. You’ll play an important role in building custom cabinetry that go into luxury homes and commercial projects throughout the greater Charlotte area.
What You’ll Do:- Cut plywood and hardwood pieces to exact dimensions
- Build cabinets to shop drawings, meeting our uncompromising standards
- Sand cabinet parts, panels, doors, edges, and profiles to finish-ready standards
- Upfit doors/drawers onto finished cabinets
- Inspect your work and correct any issues before parts downstream
- Maintain steady production while meeting MHC quality standards

- Experience with hand tools preferred (will train as needed)
- Attention to detail and ability to recognize surface defects
- Ability to consistently produce quality work with minimal rework
- Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
- Willingness to learn MHC sanding, quality, and safety standards
