APPLY NOW🚨 We're Hiring: Business Development Manager | Consumer ProductsI'm partnering with an established, growing manufacturer that specializes in custom-engineered flexible packaging and innovative product solutions to find a Business Development Manager to join their Consumer Products division! This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a consultative, technical sales environment and enjoys both developing existing customer relationships and winning new business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 27 established consumer product accounts
- Identify and close new business opportunities across consumer health, personal care, hygiene, and household products
- Partner closely with engineering and internal teams to develop custom solutions for customers
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and proposals through product trials and closing
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across procurement, engineering, and category management
- Drive strategic account growth while developing new customer relationships
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to close new business and grow existing accounts
- Experience selling complex, custom, or engineered products
- Background in manufacturing, flexible packaging, contract manufacturing, or related industries strongly preferred
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- A driven, coachable sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, performance-focused environment
