TECHNICAL RECRUITER (REMOTE WORK)

Our client is a leading financial sciences firm leveraging advanced data analysis and scientific inquiry to solve complex challenges in investment management. They are seeking a full-cycle recruiter focused on hiring top-tier Data Scientists, Quantitative Researchers, and Traders among other technical positions. Recruitment Ownership: Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including crafting effective sourcing strategies to meet specialized hiring needs. Strategic Partnership: Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, developing assessment frameworks and advising on talent acquisition strategy. Reporting & Projects: Track key recruiting metrics to provide data-driven insights and lead/participate in specialized talent projects. A bachelor's degree with a solid academic record. Minimum 5 years of specialized recruiting experience (7+ years preferred), successfully attracting and closing top lateral talent. Proven experience recruiting within quantitative finance, systematic trading, or related advanced technology fields is strongly preferred.
