You'll build components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment, following drawings and work instructions. If you have assembly or manufacturing experience and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do:- Assemble parts and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
- Read work orders, assembly instructions, and drawings to build each job correctly
- Check and measure parts before and after assembly to make sure they meet quality standards
- Spot problems on the line and fix them or flag them right away
- Help with product testing and quality checks
- Move, stage, and store materials and finished products safely
- Keep simple records of what you built and anything that didn't meet spec
- Follow all safety rules and keep your work area clean
- What You Need
- Assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Able to follow written instructions and read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail — you care about getting it right the first time
- Able to stand for your full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
Nice to Have:- Experience reading blueprints or engineering drawings
- Experience with measuring tools like calipers or micrometers
