Renewyx have partnered with an established solar technology manufacturer in the Phoenix area to bring on a Sustaining Engineer. This is a lab-based role testing products before they ship to customers. The test operation is still being built, so you’ll have a real say in how it runs. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼: - Write and run test procedures in the lab - Set up, run and maintain test systems and equipment - Analyse results and track down the root cause when things fail - Build the test processes the operation will run on - Get products through testing and out to customers 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering - Hands-on experience with test systems and lab testing - A few years supporting operations, ideally test operations 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀: - Python, LabVIEW or other scripting experience - Exposure to solar or electrical hardware 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂: - Competitive salary, permanent role - Real ownership over how testing gets done - Lab-based in Phoenix, travel around 10% - A growing industry with long-term demand Currently a Test, Validation, Lab or Product Engineer?
