Job Description:
Job Description Telepro Communications is now hiring an Intercom / Low Voltage Technician to join our team in Mission, TX. We are looking for a dependable technician with experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting communication systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Telecor and Valcom systems. Experience with phone systems is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:- Install, service, and troubleshoot intercom systems
- Work with paging, intercom, and communication systems
- Troubleshoot low voltage devices and wiring
- Assist with service calls and field projects
- Run, terminate, and test low voltage cabling as needed
- Read and follow basic work orders, plans, and job instructions
- Maintain a professional attitude while working at customer/job sites
- Work with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Experience Preferred
- Telecor intercom systems (MUST)
- Valcom paging/intercom systems
- Phone systems
- Paging and communication systems
- Low voltage cabling
- Service and troubleshooting work
Requirements:- Low voltage experience preferred
- Must be dependable and responsible
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to work in the field and travel to local job sites
- Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
