Corporate Access Associate Temp, Sales

Job TitleKey Areas of Responsibilities Work closely with Sales, Analysts, Corporate Access counterparts and corporates in coordinating analyst and corporate roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events. Liaise with Corporates, Sales, and Investors on bespoke requests, i.e. trips, one to one calls / meetings, expert meetings etc. Plan with Sales and Research for group tour and access days pipeline Specific responsibility for the overall management of Corporate Access events including: booking travel, accommodations and ground transportationensuring that necessary materials / equipment is availablearranging event diaries in liaison with Analysts, Corporates and Investorsentering details into relevant management information systemsmanaging event activitiesshepherding Corporates or Analystsvalidating invoices Manage the corporate invitation to our flagship conferences, especially Investor Forum in Q3 each year Handle analyst invitations to calls/marketing roadshows Develop relationships with companies for corporate pitching, working closely with Research where required Develop relationships with Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access teams across regions Production and participation of regular management reporting and meetings Assisting with travel expense submissions for sales and sales trading teams
