Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Yellowstone Local seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our home service clients. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems while delivering professional, client-focused service. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, documenting work performed, and advising clients on system performance and upgrades. You’ll collaborate with a data-driven, growth-focused team and represent our clients with integrity, safety, and technical excellence in the field. Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems at client sites Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues Document all service activities in digital work order systems Communicate findings and recommendations to clients professionally Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Collaborate with internal teams to support client performance goals Provide on-call or after-hours support as needed Commercial HVAC repair HVAC system diagnostics Preventive maintenance Electrical troubleshooting Refrigeration systems Reading blueprints and schematics Use of HVAC tools and gauges Digital work order/documentation systems Customer service Safety and compliance standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification State or local HVAC license (where required) OSHA 10 or 30 (preferred) NATE certification (preferred)
