Location: Ulta Naperville, IL
Pay:
$28/hrWe’re hiring Beauty Brand Ambassadors to support upcoming in-store events at Sephora and Ulta. These events will be highly sales-focused, with an emphasis on engaging customers, driving product education, and achieving event sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide personalized product recommendations
- Perform shade matching and makeup demonstrations
- Educate customers on products and key brand offerings
- Proactively drive sales and work toward event goals
- Create a welcoming, polished, and engaging customer experience
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications:
- Must be local to the event location
- Color cosmetics experience required
- Familiarity with the brand preferred
- Confident with shade matching and makeup demonstrations
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers
- Must be comfortable wearing all-black attire
- Clean, polished, and professional appearance
- Shift Options:11:00 AM–5:00 PM2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Pay: $28/hr
