Clerical & Administrative SupportMy name is Bill Stevens, and I have a new remote three month plus Clerical & Administrative Support opportunity available for a major firm in Newport Beach, California that could be of interest to you. The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. This position pays $25.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update provider information.
Upload and organize documents.
Review files for missing information.
Send routine follow-up requests.
Maintain spreadsheets and tracking logs.
Monitor shared mailboxes and route items as needed.
Keep provider records organized and accurate.
Assist the Recredentialing team with other clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Attention to detail.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
