About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑onChief Financial Officer (CFO)to join our executive leadership team. This role partners closely with the CEO and ownership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, organic growth, andM&A initiatives. Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing experience and proven success innegotiation, acquisitions, and scalable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management
Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance
Driveorganic growththrough margin improvement, cost control, and pricing strategy
LeadM&A activities, including evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration
Negotiate financing, banking relationships, and key contracts
Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and ownership
Build and lead a high‑performing finance team
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
Manufacturing background inautomotive, aerospace, or medicalindustries preferred
Proven experience innegotiation , M&A, and growth strategy
Strong leadership, communication, and business partnership skills
