In this role, you will connect with business customers, discuss available service options, answer questions, and assist with new account opportunities. Our goal is to help businesses connect with services that make sense for their needs while providing a professional, helpful experience from the first conversation to the final follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with business customers and prospective clients
- Present service information clearly and professionally
- Assist with new customer acquisition and account setup
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Work with the team to meet daily and weekly goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills

- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers is helpful but not required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
