Role Description:
This is a part-time hybrid role at BM Advisory Firm. This role is located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area with the flexibility of working from home. The consultant will be responsible for providing Import/Export/Trade policy/Tariff/Technology policy analysis, perspectives on US Tech market entry, Financing and subsidy application, Foreign Investment/Industry Compliance/Regulation guidance to our principals and clients. Full-time opportunity is available on our clients' side.
Qualifications:
We anticipate that the ideal candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of above topics in one or more niche industries. Our Preference will be given to individuals who have experience working within government departments, policy consulting firms, think tanks, lobby firms, business chambers/associations, or media outlets, and have a history of covering those particular topics in either Technology, Artificial Intelligence/AIDC/Computing centers, Robotic manufacturing, Smartphone Apps/Internet/Online entertainment, Crypto assets/bitcoin related. This position is a remote/online, part-time role, project based with competitive hourly compensation. When candidates pass our evaluation and are assigned to projects, they need to write analysis or join-in conference calls to provide insights to our principals and clients on the given topics. Full-time opportunity is available and will be later offered by our clients.
Benefits and compensation
Pay rate:
$300-800/hour and 2-5 hours per week based on candidates' experience and compatibility. Frequency: Starting with several con-calls or writing memos. Short-term contract is 3-month, long-term contract is up to 12-month.
