Remote Senior Design Systems Lead

Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior Design Systems Lead to own how client design systems are built across multiple brands. You’ll extract patterns from brands and reference sites into tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute reliably. This remote, Latin America-friendly role requires a systems-first mindset, fluency with Figma, and the ability to ship robust component libraries that scale beyond a homepage.
