At SVM, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 5 active HVAC commercial construction projects with budgets of $20M-$40M, across San Jose, CA and Sparks, NV. You will drive proposals, bidding processes, and client relationships to generate new opportunities.
Within 12–24 months, you'll lead 3–5 projects with growing independence while refining costing, forecasting, and communication with field teams, engineers, and GCs.
