Global Investment Firm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Coordinator to join a highly successful international investment firm as they continue to grow their Chicago office. Working closely with the Head of Global Facilities, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day office experience and become the key point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and building management.
Key responsibilities include:
? Front-of-house and visitor management ? Supplier and vendor coordination ? Travel and meeting support ? Office supplies and workplace management ? New starter onboarding and office inductions ? Access control and office security administration ? Catering and event coordination ? Administrative support for leadership teams ?
