Controller (Greater Tampa Bay Area)

Key Responsibilities: Lead accounting operations and month-end close. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Manage job costing, inventory, and project profitability. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, ASC 606, and tax requirements. Maintain internal controls and financial reporting. Support ERP systems, with Syteline experience preferred. Partner with operations, sales, engineering, and other departments. Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.8–10+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing. Previous Controller or similar leadership experience. Strong financial analysis, cost accounting, and job costing experience. Experience with ERP systems; Syteline preferred. Strong Excel, communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Hands-on, team-oriented approach with a focus on profitable growth.
