About Next LevelNext Level Mental Health Counseling is a group practice of 60+ clinicians serving all of New York State, virtually and in person from our Midtown Manhattan and Irvington offices, offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy across 100+ specialty areas to clients ages 6 to 65+.Dr. Christine Romano built this practice around a pattern she kept seeing from both sides of the room: clients spending their first sessions explaining their culture, identity, or family before the real work could begin, and therapists stretched too thin to be the ones who already understood. Solving one meant solving the other — and that belief still shapes how we practice today, through our commitment to clinical excellence, multicultural competency, inclusivity, and professional growth. We welcome clinicians from different backgrounds, cultures, languages, identities, and clinical perspectives, and we want people who bring a real point of view to the work. Apply today.
