What You’ll Do: Monitor and manage the end-of-line coiling and bundling machines. Doff finished coils of plastic strapping from reels, cut, tape, tag, and place them onto conveyors. Assist with line start-ups, material feeds, and change-overs using basic hand tools. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

You alternate between 36-hour and 48-hour weeks, giving you built-in overtime and extended time off. Environment: Non-climate-controlled, heavy industrial plant floor (warm/hot environment with fans, heavy machinery noise).

What We Are Looking For: Reliability: Exceptional attendance and a dependable work ethic. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, move, and stay engaged for a full 12-hour shift. Coordination: Fast, hands-on capability to keep pace with a continuous machine line. Ready for Nights: Comfortable working overnight hours and managing a rotating schedule.

Experience: Prior warehouse, general labor, or production line experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic matter most.

Why Join Us? Fast-Track Raise: Start at $14–$16/hr. with an automatic increase after completing 450 hours on your way to permanent hire. Built-In Overtime: Automatically built into your 48-hour weeks. Work-Life Balance: Alternating weekends off and consistent multi-day breaks every month.
