You will lead the transformation of legacy systems into a streamlined, next-generation solution. The position requires deep platform expertise and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Modernize and enhance intake and review workflows. Implement dynamic, rules-driven form logic. Develop and optimize REST API integrations. Streamline multi-team review processes. Improve user experience on Service Portal and Workspace.
Must-Have:
Skills Extensive ServiceNow development experience. Proficiency in JavaScript, Script Includes, and Business Rules. Experience with Scoped Application development and REST integrations. Industry Experience Experience modernizing legacy ServiceNow implementations in large enterprises or regulated environments is preferred.
