Shinola in the United States is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead people strategy and HR operations for corporate, manufacturing, and retail teams. Reporting to the EVP of HR, the role builds programs and culture to attract, develop, and retain talent, advising executives and working with teams on the factory floor and in stores. The ideal candidate is hands-on and a culture champion. You'll partner with shared services on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, HR systems, and
