  • Requirement Gathering & Technical Scope TranslationPOSITION OVERVIEWReporting to the Director of PMO, the Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of complex IT projects and serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This hybrid role addresses project delivery risks and operational misalignment by translating strategic business requirements into structured technical deliverables. The candidate will drive accountable project governance, streamline cross-functional communication, and ensure projects are executed on schedule and within scope across a multi-year technology initiative.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead daily end-to-end project execution, schedule tracking, and milestone management across hybrid IT and business project streams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive business stakeholders and technical implementation teams to ensure technical deliverables align with business outcomes.
  • Facilitate project kickoff sessions, status updates, risk mitigation workshops, and stakeholder steering committee meetings.
  • Define detailed project scopes, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans while actively managing dependencies and change requests.
  • Track program metrics, establish operational risk controls, and maintain clear project documentation to drive quality delivery across all lifecycle phases.
