Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end fund operations across a large and growing fund platform
- Process capital calls, distributions, wires, and cash activity Manage bank reconciliations and monitor fund cash flows
- Support lines of credit, including advances, repayments, and reconciliations
- Track and reconcile fund fees, expenses, and carried interest accruals
- Partner with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and internal teams to resolve breaks
- Support advisors and investors with operational inquiries
- Build more scalable, automated workflows as the platform grows
