Job Description: Grind Machine Operator - 3rd shift Winsted, CT | $18/hour | Contract with Potential for HireBuild your manufacturing skills with a company that offers room to grow. We are looking for a Grind Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in the Winsted area. 3rd shift opening with required training on 1st shift. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, learning how things work, and developing new technical skills. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but not required. Candidates with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or technical/vocational school training are encouraged to apply.
