Pay Rate: $22.37/hour
Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with a growing team? We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to support the production and assembly of commercial doors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities: Depending on your assigned department, duties may include:
- Operating small and large production machinery used in door manufacturing
- Working on assembly lines to build and assemble commercial doors
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Machining doors for hardware installation and customization
- Preparing, moving, and handling materials throughout the facility
- Staging, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment
- Performing general warehouse and production support duties as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinetry, or related products
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Knowledge of building materials and construction products
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Experience using hand-held measuring tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically active environment
